The shipment of your parcel
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via couriers with tracking and delivery without signature.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.
These conditions are applied only for products and services sold directly by the 4 Italy Network.
The products sold through affiliations and dropshipping follow the refund policies applied by the sites where the purchase is made directly by the end user.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Book with evident signs of use,
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com or to the facility that shipped your item (check the address on the shipping label or contact us via this form)
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out your return.
Shipping (if applicable)
To return the product, you must send it to an address indicated by us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
